  You did not put a quantity in the box beside item.

• Shipping costs outside USA?

  The shipping charge will show up as (Actual shipping to country will be added) within your order. If you require a shipping quote please email us at info@allartsupplies.com before you place your order. We apologize for any convenience this may cause. After your approval, your order will be shipped via FedEx 2 Day or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that hazardous items cannot be shipped to destinations outside the continental United States.

• What is your return policy? What if items are damaged or missing?

  Returns must be accompanied by a receipt two weeks within purchase. Customer pays freight back to our warehouse. Items must be unopened and in sale-able condition. Full store credit or refund with 15% processing fee. All art kits for Schools are only returnable by mail in the unopened box, there is 15% processing fee for school kits. In the event items are missing of damaged.. We require notice within 24 hours of delivery.
